I am a student at Leeston Consolidated School. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. Please note....some work won't be edited - just my first drafts, so there may be some surface errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas.

To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - Begin with a greeting. Talk about something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A comment that will mean something to me to let me know you read/watched or listened to what I had to say. - use any language.
3. Something helpful - Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
Encourage me to make another post

Kia Ora Olivia, this is Shannon from the Summer Learning Journey.
ReplyDeleteYou have done an incredible job on your poem. Acrostic poems are a really neat way to express feelings and experiences with a common theme, and I love how you have included images to compliment your words.
I particularly like how you have expressed so many emotions and experiences such as eating, nervousness, launching off in a rocket, and landing safely. Your poem makes me feel like I have been on an entire journey which is a very cool thing for you to have accomplished! Well done.
If you could travel into space to any planet, where would you go? I think I’d go to Mars. I’d love to meet Martians. I wonder what they’d look like! What do you think their appearance would be?
