    What a great list of ways to keep healthy. I like how you have included a range of different methods like exercise, healthy eating, and getting an appropriate amount of rest. I also like how you have included socialising. People do so much better when they interact with others regularly. We’re a social species and it’s best for us to build bonds and connect with people. Great for our mental and spiritual well-being.

    It would be really awesome if you could include pictures or colours into your post to really engage your readers. Perhaps you could look at these tips for making eye catching blog posts to help or grab some inspiration.

    What’s your favourite sport to play? And what’s your dog’s name?
