  1. Hello Liv,
I do love a good trifle because the cream and custard make the sponge so soft and yummy. When nana makes a trifle she cheats a bit and uses pre made custard and sponge. Your mum makes a real yummy trifle and even made the sponge from scratch. Did you know she has won prizes for her sponges.
You have told me your favourite things however not why they are your favourite, can you tell me why netball is your favourite especially when it is played in the cold of winter?
    Keep up the great work,
    Nga mihi,
    Mark

    1. Hello Dad,
Yes I did know mum won prizes for her sponge.
Did you like my trifle I made for Christmas?
Netball is my favourite sport because I enjoy playing with my friends and working as a team and cheering them on when I am on court and off court. I know it is cold for you watching but I get very warm running around but my hands get cold from the ball.
      Nga mihi,
      Liv

    2. Hi Liv,
Your trifle was the best one I have ever eaten, that was why I had all that was left for breakfast on Boxing Day. I am glad you do not make it very often as it is impossible not to eat way too much.
My reasons are the same as to why I love playing team sports. I also get cold hands when watching your netball.
      Keep up the great work.
      Dad

Thank you for creating this blog post and sharing your three favourite things to do with us!
Cooking, spending time with your family, and netball are all excellent answers for this activity. Cooking is something that I thoroughly enjoy as well, although I definitely enjoy baking more. Which do you prefer and why?
Because my favourite thing to do is bake, and I work part-time in a bakery, I thoroughly enjoy my job. Bread takes such a long time to make (making the dough, proving the dough, shaping the dough, baking the loaf), so I have to get up extremely early to start my shift so that all of our customers can have fresh bread for the day!
Have you ever made bread before? If so, what kind?
What is your favourite thing to bake?
Apart from bread, my favourite thing to bake is chocolate chip cookies! Not only do they taste delicious, but they are super easy to make and I can share them with all of my friends and family!
Spending time with your family is another great option on your list! What kinds of things does your family get up to, and are these all your brothers and sisters in the photo?
Netball is an amazing sport, however not one I play very often. What position do you play?
    Keep up the great work!
    Nga mihi
